A while ago we were approached by a customer who works on either side of the Irish border and needs to submit multiple VAT returns, one for each country. Xero was unable to do that for him.We designed and built a cloud application that pulls all of the relevant data from his Xero accounts, categorises it according to the tax code and generates a totals report for each tax code. He can then copy those details to his two VAT returns.

This system has saved him hours of number crunching each quarter and cut down on errors.

Our customer has allowed us to provide this software to other users so that they can benefit from the savings in workload. There is a small set up cost, part of which goes toward our customer’s development costs, and an annual hosting fee.
